Turnkey construction from site development (approximately 5 Acres) 42,000 SF concrete tilt up wall Office and Distribution Facility. Cleared heavy wooded lot to make room for the new construction, detention pond, underground water, sanitary and storm water, cast-in-place concrete, foundations, structural steel framing, electrical and mechanical, site preparation, lime/cement stabilized subgrade, paving and parking, landscaping, sidewalk, complete in place.
