Hallmark Office Park is expected to deliver the finished units by January 2024.
Hallmark Office Park is within 3 miles from many corporate stores, restaurants and flag hotels including Costco, Walmart, HEB, Target, Wholefoods, Starbucks, McDonald's, Hyatt Place, Springfield Suites and more. Nebraska Furniture Mart (coming soon) within a 1 mile from Hallmark Office Park which will generate a heavy traffic in-flow AND Shop LC Global, Inc headquarters coming soon and will add around 500 employees.
