Southwest Water Plant Expansion
About the project
Expansion include demolishing and disposing of existing pump and control building, removal of existing (30” and 36”) Suction headers and underground water lines, well collection lines, pump discharge lines, relocate two (2) metal buildings, temporary relocation of 2500 KVA,12.47 KV/2.4 KV substation transformer equipment, and provide temporary power service. Installation of new underground and 60”Suction line and above ground headers and 48” underground discharge line and above ground headers. Construction of new Pump building including offices, break rooms, vertical turbine pumps, piping, valves, 1,000 HP, 2.4 KV variable frequency drives, emergency generators, all other associated equipment and appurtenances for a complete pump station. Construction of above ground diesel storage tanks and appurtenances.
