About the project
Turnkey construction from site development (approximately 7.5 Acres) 20,000 SF office and industrial manufacturing facilities. Cleared heavy wooded lot to make room for the new construction, detention pond, water well and septic system, underground water, sanitary and storm water, cast-in-place concrete, foundations, structural steel framing, 50-ton bridge crane, electrical, mechanical, site preparation, lime/cement stabilized subgrade, paving and parking, sidewalks, landscaping, complete in place.
